Our Short-Term Rental (STR) renewal system is currently experiencing technical issues and is not functioning properly. We will post an update on the Town website once the system is back up and running.

If you attempted to make a payment online more than once, please contact Jade Hartsgrove at [email protected]. Include the date, time, and the last four digits of the account number used for the payment attempt.

Please do not try to renew your STR at this time. Once the issue has been resolved, we will send a notification and post an announcement online letting you know the system is operational again.
