TOWN OF LINCOLN NOTICE OF A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING

The Town of Lincoln will hold a special public meeting on the application to the US EPA Brownfield Cleanup Program for grant funds to clean up the contamination at the proposed Riverfront Park, located at 63 Recycle Road, adjacent to the Transfer Station. The meeting will be at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Lincoln Town Hall, 148 Main Street, Lincoln, NH. A copy of the grant application, including the draft ABCA(s), and the proposed remedial action plan for site cleanup will be available for public review and comment. A copy of the draft application will be made available at Town Hall at the Office of the Town Manager for review and comment between the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
